OCEANUM grants the user a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery of the items, for their return. The user will be responsible for the costs of returning the items.
The user will not have a contractual right to return the products for the following items:
Items without their original packaging
Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, whose seal has been removed after delivery.
The contractual right of the user to return the products will apply exclusively to products returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered. No refunds will be made if the items have been used beyond opening, or if the items are not in the same condition as they were delivered, or if they have been damaged, so the user must take care of them. s) item(s) as long as they remain in your possession.
The user must be responsible for the costs of returning the items.
After examining the articles, OCEANUM will inform the user of his right to a refund of the amounts paid. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OCEANUM may suspend the refund until the actual return of the articles.
