Payment for the items is required for shipment to take place.
Oceanum offers several possibilities to meet the needs of the Client
Shipping
After payment of the order, the items will be prepared for shipment to the recipient in the shortest possible time.
All items will be sent in protective packaging to the customer, accompanied by a tracking number that will allow you to know their location at any time.
The shipping address used in the shipment will be provided by the customer when placing the order, Oceanum is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer that cause the order to be lost.
Oceanum undertakes to deliver the ordered item to the customer, assuming responsibility for reshipping or refunding the amount paid by the customer if the sale is lost for reasons that are not attributable to the customer.
Delays by the carrier in the delivery circuit will not be attributable to Oceanum. Only if there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the article will not reach the consumer, Oceanum will refund or resend it to the customer.
